Ingredients (5)
- 200g raspberries, plus extra to serve
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 4 whole peaches in syrup (or use 8 canned peach halves in natural juice)
- Vanilla ice cream, to serve
Method

1.Place raspberries in a bowl with sugar and crush with a fork. Stir in the orange juice, then pass through a fine sieve into a bowl, pushing down on the solids. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.

2.Drain peaches on paper towel. Place in a bowl with ice cream, drizzle with sauce, then scatter with extra raspberries.
