Peach sorbet
Keep it peachy keen this summer with a lip-smacking sorbet.
Ingredients (6)
- 16 ripe peaches, quartered, stones removed, frozen
- 1/2 cup (125ml) almond milk
- 1/2 cup (125ml) runny honey
- Finely grated zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 1/3 cups (310ml) sparkling wine or Champagne (optional)
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.In batches, place peaches and all remaining ingredients except sparkling wine in a blender and whiz until smooth. Transfer to an 8-cup (2L) loaf pan and freeze for 4 hours or until frozen.

2.Divide among serving bowls and serve immediately, topped with 2 tbs sparkling wine, if using.
