Ingredients (8)
- 1 1/2 tbs (30ml) gin
- 3 tsp (15ml) pear liqueur
- 1 1/2 tbs (30ml) pear nectar
- 3 tsp (15ml) lemon juice, plus extra to serve
- Dash of sugar syrup
- Crushed ice
- Soda water, to serve
- Mint leaves, to serve

1.Place alcohol, nectar, juice, syrup and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a tumbler. Top up with soda, add a twist of lemon juice and garnish with mint to serve.
