Ingredients (6)

  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 4 green jalapeno or serrano chillies, finely chopped
  • 200g coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 3 firm tomatoes, cut into 3cm pieces

Method

  • 1.
    Place the onion, chilli and coriander in a bowl. Add the lime juice and salt and gently stir for 3 minutes. Add the tomato, stir to combine and serve.
