Pico de gallo

Ingredients (6)
- 1/2 white onion, chopped
- 4 green jalapeno or serrano chillies, finely chopped
- 200g coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tbs salt
- 3 firm tomatoes, cut into 3cm pieces

1.Place the onion, chilli and coriander in a bowl. Add the lime juice and salt and gently stir for 3 minutes. Add the tomato, stir to combine and serve.
