Ingredients (3)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 300g green pimientos de Padron
  • 1/2 cup (80g) raw almonds

Method

  • 1.
    Heat the oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add the pimientos and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skins begin to char. Add nuts and a tablespoon of sea salt, and stir for 1 minute to heat through. Serve warm and beware!
