- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 300g green pimientos de Padron
- 1/2 cup (80g) raw almonds
Method

1.Heat the oil in a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add the pimientos and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skins begin to char. Add nuts and a tablespoon of sea salt, and stir for 1 minute to heat through. Serve warm and beware!
