A breakfast bowl by David Frenkiel and Luise Vandal with everything to help you power through the day.

Ingredients (8)

  • 1 cup (250ml) oat or almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped
  • 1 cup (120g) frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1/2 cup (60g) frozen redcurrants or strawberries, thawed
  • 2 tbs protein powder (such as brown rice, hemp, pea and whey)
  • 1 tbs nut butter
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • Toasted coconut chips, fresh berries and edible pansies (optional), to serve

Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

Method

  • 1.
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  • 2.
    Pour into two small bowls. Garnish with coconut, berries and pansies, if using, to serve.
