Platter of mixed tomatoes
Let the fresh produce speak for itself with this easy dish.
Ingredients (6)
- 3 kumatoes*
- 3 vine-ripened tomatoes
- 1 punnet yellow grape tomatoes
- 1 punnet cherry truss tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
- Balsamic vinegar, to taste
Method

1.Slice larger tomatoes and overlap on a platter, then scatter with small tomatoes. Drizzle with oil and vinegar, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover loosely and stand for 30 minutes so juices mingle with the oil and vinegar, then serve.
