Ploughman’s lunch

Less cooking than assembling, this ploughman's lunch is nonetheless awesome. We love it paired with a hopsy beer.
Ingredients (8)
- 4 slices crusty bread, crusty bread rolls or 1/2 baguette
- 40g butter
- 250g mature farmhouse cheddar, Stilton, Cheshire or double Gloucester cheese
- 4 tablespoons chutney
- 2 tomatoes
- Bread and butter cucumbers
- Salt and pepper
- Grapes
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Arrange the bread on a large platter or plate.

2.Cut 125g of cheese per person, it is nice to have a choice of two cheeses, such as Cheddar and Stilton - arrange these on the same platter/plate.

3.Put the pickled onions, cucumbers and chutney or pickles on the side of the plate, along with the tomato and grapes.

4.Make sure there is salt and pepper available, and serve with a nice chilled beer or cider!
