Light, sweet, and easy to make, sorbet is the perfect treat for a summers day!
Ingredients (2)
- 2 cups (500ml) pomegranate juice
- 1/2 cup (110g) caster sugar
Method

1.Combine the juice and sugar in a small pan over medium-low heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cool completely.

2.Churn in an ice cream machine following manufacturer’s instructions. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze until frozen at the edges. Remove from the freezer and beat with electric beaters. Pour back into the container and refreeze. Repeat 2 or 3 times, then freeze until firm.

3.Allow to soften in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
