Pomegranate & rose prosecco spritzer
A blush toned spritzer to make your party truly sparkle.
Ingredients (5)
- 1/2 cup loosely packed edible fresh (optional) and dried rose petals
- Juice and seeds of 1 pomegranate
- 1 tbs rosewater
- 1 cup (250ml) soda water, chilled
- 3 cups (750ml) prosecco or sparkling white wine, chilled
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place petals in an ice-cube tray, cover with water and freeze for 3 hours or until frozen.

2.Combine pomegranate juice and rosewater in a jug. Top with pomegranate seeds and rose petal ice cubes. Add soda and prosecco, stir and serve immediately.
