Ingredients (11)

  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled and chopped
  • 45 g (1. oz/1 ⁄3 cup) macadamia nuts
  • 1 vanilla bean, split, seeds scraped
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 500 ml (17 fl oz/2 cups) coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon almonds
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa nibs

Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

Method

  • 1.
    Place the oats, protein powder, bananas, macadamias, vanilla seeds and maple syrup into a blender with half the coconut water. Blend on high, then slowly add remaining coconut water until mixture is thick and smooth.

    Garnish with almonds, granola, banana and cocoa nibs.
