Add some bite to your next dinner party with these elegant prawn and wasabi crackers.
Ingredients (9)
- 12 cooked school (small) prawns, peeled
- 1 tsp wasabi paste, or to taste
- 3 tbs mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 12 Japanese rice crackers
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 12 slices Japanese pickled ginger
- 1 tbs white sesame seeds
- Small coriander leaves, to garnish
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Combine wasabi paste with mayonnaise and lemon juice and adjust to taste. Dab a little wasabi mayo on each rice cracker.

2.Lightly brush each prawn with sesame oil and place on top, to serve.
