Ingredients (6)

  • 45ml Plymouth gin
  • 15ml Massenez Pomme Verte
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 15ml spiced rhubarb syrup
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 15ml aquafaba

Method

  • 1.
    Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake to emulsify.
  • 2.
    Add ice and shake vigorously, then fine strain into a chilled small coupette.
  • 3.
    Garnish with Peychauds spray on Queen Vic stencil.
