Ingredients (6)
- 45ml Plymouth gin
- 15ml Massenez Pomme Verte
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml spiced rhubarb syrup
- 6 mint leaves
- 15ml aquafaba

1.Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake to emulsify.

2.Add ice and shake vigorously, then fine strain into a chilled small coupette.
