Ingredients (4)

  • 100g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 600g frozen peas
  • 2 tbs malt vinegar
  • 2/3 cup chopped mint leaves

Method

  • 1.
    Heat the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the peas and cook for 4-5 minutes until soft. Remove from the heat and mash with a potato masher. Add the malt vinegar, chopped mint and season well with salt flakes and pepper. Serve immediately.
