Quick mushy peas

Make the perfect mushy peas in five minutes.
Ingredients (4)
- 100g unsalted butter, chopped
- 600g frozen peas
- 2 tbs malt vinegar
- 2/3 cup chopped mint leaves
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Heat the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the peas and cook for 4-5 minutes until soft. Remove from the heat and mash with a potato masher. Add the malt vinegar, chopped mint and season well with salt flakes and pepper. Serve immediately.
