Raddichio, sorrel and burnt mandarin salad
Ingredients (5)
- 3 mandarins, halved
- 1 tbs chardonnay vinegar
- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 heads radicchio, leaves separated, torn
- 1 bunch sorrel, thickly sliced
Method

1.Heat a chargrill pan to high heat and grill mandarin, flesh-side down, for 6 minutes or until burnt. Remove from heat and stand until cool enough to handle, then juice into a bowl. Whisk vinegar, oil and a pinch of salt flakes into mandarin juice.

2.Combine radicchio and sorrel in a large bowl and gently toss through dressing. Transfer to 2 large serving platters.
