Radicchio and pear salad with blue cheese and walnuts

Ingredients (8)
- 1/2 head of radicchio, leaves torn
- 3 celery stalks, preferably the younger inner heart, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup (50g) walnuts, toasted, roughly chopped
- 80g blue cheese, such as Stilton, Roquefort or gorgonzola
Dressing
- 2 tbs walnut or extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 very small garlic clove, finely grated
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Simply arrange the radicchio, celery and pear on a serving plate. Scatter over the walnuts and crumble over the cheese.

2.For the dressing, whisk the ingredients together in a small bowl, then pour over the salad to serve.
