“Inspired by the Romans’ passion for artichokes, this spritz uses Cynar – an Italian bitter/digestif made from artichokes.”
Ingredients (4)
- 1 cup (250ml) Cynar (from selected bottle shops – substitute Campari)
- Crushed ice
- 2 cups (500ml) soda water
- Chopped rosemary leaves and rosemary sprigs (optional), to serve
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Divide Cynar among 4 wine glasses and add ice and soda water. Scatter with chopped rosemary. Add a rosemary sprig, if using, to serve.
