Royal icing
Spiced eggnog cookies
This easy royal icing is fit for a king, but it's even better for a quick batch of cookies.
Ingredients (3)
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp lemon juice (substitute lime juice or water)
- 1 1/2 cups (180g) pure icing sugar, sifted
Method

1.Whisk egg white and lemon juice together in a bowl. Gradually add icing sugar, and whisk until smooth and combined. Decorate and drizzle as required.
