A fruit and nut fudge recipe that can be packaged up and gifted to friends, just in time for Christmas.
Ingredients (7)
- 450g white chocolate chips
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 100g unsalted butter, chopped
- 2 tbs dark rum
- 1 cup (150g) unsalted pistachios
- 1 cup (120g) dried cranberries
- 100g glacé cherries
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Grease a 20cm square cake pan and line the base and sides with baking paper.

2.Place chocolate, condensed milk, butter and rum in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water). Stir until melted and smooth.

3.Remove from the heat and stir in pistachios, cranberries and 50g glacé cherries until well combined.

4.Pour mixture into the prepared pan and top with the remaining 50g cherries. Cover and chill for 4 hours or until firm.

5.Cut into squares, to serve.
