Seeded crackers

These seedy shards make a great alternative to plain biscuits on your next charcuterie board.
Ingredients (6)
- 1 cup (160g) sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup (100g) pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup (90g) mixed coloured chia seeds
- 1/2 cup (75g) sesame seeds
- 1/3 cup (60g) flaxseed
- 1/4 cup (45g) cracked buckwheat

1.Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with 2 tsp salt flakes and 1 3/4 cups (430ml) water. Mix well to combine, then stand for 20 minutes, stirring once or twice, for seeds to soak up the water until the mixture is quite gelatinous.

2.Meanwhile, preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2-3 large baking trays with baking paper. Spread seed mixture over each prepared tray to 3-4mm thick. Bake for 1 hour until golden brown and crisp all over. Cool completely on trays. Break into shards and store in an airtight container.
