Ingredients (4)

  • 100g sea salt flakes
  • 1-2 tbs dried chilli flakes, depending on spice preference
  • 2 tbs dried oregano
  • 2 tsp smoky paprika

Method

  • 1.
    Combine salt, chilli flakes and spices in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container or split between 2 cool sterilised jars. Use within 2 years. Serve with grilled meat or fish, or bring to summer barbecues.
