This recipe is sure to give you a kickstart if you’re a bit flat in the morning and need a little caffeine hit to get you going. It’s also packed with energy in the form of bananas and good fats. And remember, you can make a big batch of this and store it in the fridge, so you have brekkie ready to go for the next few days without even having to think! A brill one for busy weeks.

Ingredients (7)

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 shots of espresso
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons macadamia nuts (activated if possible)

  • 2 drops of stevia
  • A few coffee beans, to serve

  • 1.
    Pop everything except the coffee beans into the blender and give it a blitz until you’re happy with the consistency.
