Every once in a while it’s important to spice things up - especially when it comes to your weekend tipple. Take inspiration from Paddington’s East London, where a little heat takes centre stage in their take on the margarita. Chilli-infused tequila mingles with mango puree and Yuzu sake in the venue’s Firefly cocktail.
Ingredients (5)
- 45mL chilli-infused tequila
- 30mL mango puree
- 20mL lemon juice
- 20mL Yuzu sake
- 5mL agave syrup
