The Regal Rosebery cocktail
As it's name suggests, this cocktail is just that little bit fancy. Recipe by the team at Stanton & Co, Rosebery.
Ingredients (7)
- 20ml Archie rose signature dry
- 20ml St Germain
- 20ml Regal Rogue Rose Vermouth
- 20ml lemon juice
- 20ml house made hibiscus syrup (or store-bought)
- 20ml egg white
- Dried hibiscus to serve
