Autumn’s crisp temperatures tend to be a great excuse to batten down the hatches and indulge in a tipple or two. Especially when it comes to a cocktail with a seasonal twist like this Autumnal take on South American favourite the Pisco Sour courtesy of Woolloomooloo gastro pub The Tilbury.
Ingredients (6)
- 1 figs
- 30ml Fig Esprit de Figues liqueur
- 30ml Pisco
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml egg white
- A dash of bitters
