Soft and creamy, blancmange is the French version of panna cotta. This strawberry interpretation is a cinch to make.
Ingredients (2)
- 85g packet strawberry jelly crystals
- 375ml can CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
Method

1.Place jelly crystals in a large bowl, pour over 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve crystals.

2.Cool slightly, then add milk and stir to combine.

3.Place three 150ml bear moulds on a baking tray and carefully fill each mould with the mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

4.To serve, invert each mould onto a serving plate.
