Strawberry blancmange
Soft and creamy, blancmange is the French version of panna cotta. This strawberry interpretation is a cinch to make.

Ingredients (2)

  • 85g packet strawberry jelly crystals
  • 375ml can CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk

Method

  • 1.
    Place jelly crystals in a large bowl, pour over 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve crystals.
  • 2.
    Cool slightly, then add milk and stir to combine.
  • 3.
    Place three 150ml bear moulds on a baking tray and carefully fill each mould with the mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
  • 4.
    To serve, invert each mould onto a serving plate.
