Move over, matcha lattes. The latest cafe obsession to upgrade our mornings is strawberry cold foam, and it’s surprisingly easy to master at home. Blending the mellow notes of your favourite cold brew coffee with a cloud-like, pastel-pink berry topping, this is the perfect little luxury to kickstart your day.
Hot tip: be sure to start with icy-cold cream and milk for that perfect, pillowy texture.
Ingredients (6)
- 1/3 cup (80ml) thickened cream
- 1 tbs milk
- 1 1/2 tsp strawberry-flavoured topping
- 200ml cold brew coffee
- Ice cubes, to serve
- Crushed freeze-dried strawberry, to serve

1.Combine cream, milk and strawberry topping in a jug and whisk until foamy but still pourable.

2.Pour coffee into a large glass with ice cubes. Top up with strawberry foam and finish with crushed freeze-dried strawberry. Serve immediately.
