Method

• 1.
  Combine paprika and sugar, coat the top rim of a tall glass with lime juice and dip into the paprika and sugar mixture.
• 2.
  Place sugar cubes into the glass, douse cubes with 4 - 6 drops of peach bitters and crush cubes to make a paste.
• 3.
  Cut 1 whole lime into wedges and squeeze into glass.

• 4.
  Clap 6 mint leaves in hand to release flavours and place into glass.
• 5.
  Add 60ml of vodka and stir ingredients.
• 6.
  Add ice and soda/tonic into glass and stir.
• 7.
  Add crushed ice to glass and garnish with mint leaves.
