Thai iced tea
Ingredients (7)
- 1 1/2 tbs black tea leaves
- 2 star anise
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon quill
- 2 tbs caster sugar
- Crushed ice, to serve
- Sweetened condensed milk, to serve
Method

1.Place the tea leaves, star anise, cloves, cinnamon and sugar in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with 1L (4 cups) boiling water. Allow to stand for 10 minutes to infuse. Strain the tea into a container and chill until ready to use (tea will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks).

2.Divide crushed ice among 6 glasses. Pour the infused tea among glasses and top each glass with 2 tbs condensed milk to serve.
