Bloody mary pipis
These bloody Mary pipies are the ultimate easy dinner to sign off the work week. It can be on the table is less than 10 minutes.
Ingredients (10)
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 500g grape or cherry tomatoes
- 2 celery stalks, finely chopped, plus celery leaves to serve
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 100ml vodka
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs Tabasco
- 1kg pot-ready pipis, rinsed
- Crusty bread, to serve

1.Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook tomatoes and celery, stirring, for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook, stirring for 1 minute, then add tomato paste and cook for a further 1 minute or until fragrant. Add vodka, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and pipis. Cover with a lid and cook, shaking pan, for 2-3 minutes until pipis have opened.

2.Divide pipis among bowls, top with celery leaves and serve with crusty bread.
