Thyme and garlic baked Brie

With a molten centre, this herb-infused baked Brie is an instant fondue – perfect for dipping into with a crusty baguette and juicy figs.
Ingredients (4)
- 300g Brie or similar soft cheese in a box
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 6 thyme sprigs, plus extra leaves to serve
- Toasted baguette and figs, to serve

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2.Remove cheese from plastic wrapping and return to the box. Make small slits in the top of the cheese and press garlic and thyme into the slits. Cover with the lid and place on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until warmed and starting to melt.

3.Sprinkle with extra thyme and serve with baguette and figs to dip in.
