Hot cross bun martini
Adore a hot cross bun? Then this drink is for you. The hot cross bun martini is a tipple crafted especially in honour of the traditional Easter treat. And if you just don’t have the time (or the inclination) to make the drink for yourself, you’ll be able to find it for a limited time at Sydney’s specialty gin bar Gin Lane.
Ingredients (4)
- 40mL hot cross bun-infused spiced gin
- 15mL hot cross bun and saffron spiced syrup
- 60mL pressed apple
- Fresh lemon twist
Method

1.Shake together wet ingredients and the lemon twist.
