Toast to the final days of winter with this fruity cocktail
It's mid-August which means that spring thankfully is on the horizon. And what better way to celebrate the oncoming warmer weather than with a cocktail heavy on fresh and fruity ingredients, like this sweet 'Strawberry Garden' offering from new Redfern restaurant, The Misfits.
Ingredients (6)
- 60ml Vodka
- 10ml vanilla syrup
- 4 lime wedges
- 15ml thyme and rosemary syrup
- 3 strawberries
- 4 basil leaves
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Muddle the strawberries and fresh lime into the glassware.

2.Add all ingredients to the glass and basil leaves.

3.Add ice and stir in a churning fashion until all ingredients are mixed through and the fruit is evenly spread throughout.
