This easy share-plate of heirloom tomatoes and stracciatella looks spectacular, yet takes minutes to pull together. Elevate your next Italian dinner party or barbecue, or just make it a magic addition to weeknight dinners.
Ingredients (7)
- 600g heirloom tomatoes, roughly cut into chunks
- 1 tbs white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 250g stracciatella cheese
- 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbs oregano leaves
- Crunchy bread, to serve

1.Combine tomatoes, vinegar and dried oregano in a medium bowl. Season, then roughly squash tomatoes with the back of a spoon. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.

2.To serve, spoon stracciatella onto a serving plate with a lip. Top with tomatoes. Season, drizzle over oil and sprinkle with oregano leaves. Serve with crunchy bread.
