Tuna slices with avocado and Caesar dressing
Ingredients (9)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 anchovy fillet
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup light whole-egg mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 2 avocados
- 185g can tuna
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
Method

1.Place the garlic, anchovy, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, parmesan and 2 tablespoons water in a processor, and process until you have a loose dressing.

2.Halve the avocados and remove and discard the stones. Fill each avocado half with tuna, then drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the parsley.
