Tuna spaghetti

Ingredients (6)
- 250g spaghetti
- 185g can tuna slices, drained
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1tsp capers
- 1 small, finely chopped tomato (seeds removed)
- A handful of baby spinach
Method

1.Cook 250g spaghetti according to packet directions. Drain and return to the hot pan.

2.Add tuna, 2 tsp grated lemon zest, 1 tsp capers, a pinch of dried chilli flakes, 1 small, finely chopped tomato (seeds removed), and a handful of baby spinach leaves. Toss gently to combine.
