Add some protein to your mid-week pasta with tuna slices. 

Ingredients (6)

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 185g can tuna slices, drained
  • 2 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 1tsp capers
  • 1 small, finely chopped tomato (seeds removed)
  • A handful of baby spinach

Method

  • 1.
    Cook 250g spaghetti according to packet directions. Drain and return to the hot pan.
  • 2.
    Add tuna, 2 tsp grated lemon zest, 1 tsp capers, a pinch of dried chilli flakes, 1 small, finely chopped tomato (seeds removed), and a handful of baby spinach leaves. Toss gently to combine.
