The Ugly Duckling’s head barman Nick Selvadurai takes a scientific approach in creating this vibrant gin and absinthe cocktail. Sounds dangerously delicious!
Ingredients (7)
- 30ml Amaretto
- 20ml Old Tom Gin
- 5ml sugar syrup (2:1 sugar to water)
- 15ml lime Juice
- 30ml cranberry Juice
- 1.25 tsp absinthe
- 30ml water
