Ingredients (10)

  • 185ml (¾ cup) milk of choice
  • 250g (1 cup) Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 40 g (1/4 cup) chia seeds

  • Sliced banana

  • Coconut flakes
  • Mixed nuts

Method

  • 1.
    Place the milk, yoghurt, honey and vanilla in a bowl and whisk vigorously to ensure everything is well combined. Add the chia seeds and whisk again. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

    In the morning, give the thickened pudding a stir, then serve with your toppings of choice scattered over.
