Vanilla chia-seed pudding
As versatile as it is healthy, you can customise this recipe however you like.

Ingredients (10)
- 185ml (¾ cup) milk of choice
- 250g (1 cup) Greek yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
- 40 g (1/4 cup) chia seeds
Topping ideas
- Fresh berries
- Sliced banana
- Granola
- Coconut flakes
- Mixed nuts

1.Place the milk, yoghurt, honey and vanilla in a bowl and whisk vigorously to ensure everything is well combined. Add the chia seeds and whisk again. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

2.In the morning, give the thickened pudding a stir, then serve with your toppings of choice scattered over.
