Who doesn't love a Bloody Mary? Give the classic cocktail a healthier makeover by holding the booze.

Ingredients (7)

  • 500g ice cubes, crushed
  • 2 cups (500ml) tomato juice
  • Juice of 2 small limes
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tsp horseradish cream
  • Celery sticks, to serve

Method

  • 1.
    Whisk the juice, sauces, horseradish cream and ice in a jug to a coarse puree.
  • 2.
    Place in a plastic container and freeze for about 1 1/2-2 hours until almost frozen. Whisk until smooth, then divide among 4 martini glasses. Add a celery stick and a sprinkle of black pepper to each, and serve with a short straw.
