Our white chocolate and ginger fudge recipe is so easy you can't fudge it up

White chocolate, ginger and amaretti fudge slice
Summer entertaining has never been easier thanks to this white choc and amaretti fudge slice.

Ingredients (7)

  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 60g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60g) brown sugar
  • 180g white chocolate, chopped
  • 3/4 cup (120g) roasted almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (115g) crystallised ginger, chopped
  • 50g amaretti biscuits, halved, plus extra 20g, crushed

Method

  • 1.
    Grease a 20cm springform cake pan and line base and side with baking paper.
  • 2.
    Place condensed milk, butter, sugar and 1/2 tsp salt flakes in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 2-3 minutes until mixture has thickened. Remove from the heat, add white chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. Add almond, ginger and biscuits, and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared pan, scatter with extra biscuit and chill for 3 hours or until set. Remove from the pan and cut into wedges, to serve.
