'Wine & rose' iced tea
'Wine & rose' iced tea
Iced tea is so refreshing and this rose-infused one is just sweet enough from the natural sugars in the fruit. You might even manage to convince the kids there’s no need for soft drink with this on the table.

Ingredients (2)

  • 1 cup (70g) good-quality loose-leaf fruit tisane, such as Scullery Made Wine & Roses Tea
  • Ice and unsprayed fresh rose petals (optional), to serve

Method

  • 1.
    Place the loose-leaf tea into a large punch bowl, and pour over 2.5-3L boiling water to brew. Cool completely.
  • 2.
    Just before serving, add plenty of ice and the extra rose petals, if desired. There’s no need to strain the tea, as this herbal blend won’t over brew and all the great edible bits can be found at the bottom of your glass.
