Winter salad with walnut dressing

Ingredients (11)
- 1 red witlof
- 1 witlof (Belgian endive)
- 1 frisee (curly endive)
- 2 oranges, peeled, sliced into rounds
- 250g jar Persian feta, drained
- 1/4 cup (25g) walnuts, toasted
- Seeds of 1 pomegranate
- 2 tablespoons walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Remove and discard the outer leaves of the lettuces, then tear the inner leaves and arrange on a large shallow platter. Arrange the orange slices on top and scatter over the feta, walnuts and pomegranate seeds.

2.Whisk remaining ingredients together and season. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
