The doors to No.1 Martin Place have been ceremoniously flung open, revealing The Fullerton Hotel Sydney – marking its hotel group’s first expansion outside Singapore.

Inside the General Post Office building in Sydney’s CBD, the 416-room hotel will offer luxury accommodation in the heart of the city. In the lead-up to its opening, an extensive refurbishment of the structure’s historic facade was undertaken – breathing new life into the heritage building. Heritage tours will also be offered to those who wish to delve deeper into the building’s past.

 When it comes to dining options, in-house locales The Place and The Bar will serve contemporary Australian fare to guests, alongside Southeast Asian dishes – a nod to Singapore.
