We're in an Empire State of mind.
Whether you’re about to visit it for the first time, or the 100th time, The Empire State Building’s new Observatory Experience is set to impress. The entirely new 102nd floor has now opened to the public, offering unobstructed views over Manhattan and beyond.
At a knee-weakening 381 metres high, the new floor’s renovations began in January 2019. The newly opened level is sixteen metres higher than the famed 86th Floor Observatory, which welcomes in 4 million visitors each year.

Now, a glass-encased elevator and floor-to-ceiling glass on the 102nd floor will allow guest to see NYC as they never have before. The new section follows the opening of the 2nd floor’s immersive museum earlier this year.
