And it's bringing three new eateries to town.
A new accommodation offering, particularly when it brings a new bar and restaurant in tow, can breathe new energy and revive its dining scene. In less than two years, hotel group Crystalbrook Collection will have opened three five-star hotels in Cairns – rendering it a Tropical North Queensland city on the rise.

Opening in April, the 311-room Flynn hotel will join its sibling hotels Riley and Bailey, each of which boasts a distinct style – and have collectively brought nine new restaurants to town.

With a glass swimming pool overlooking the Esplanade, and some exciting dining and drinking locales in tow, Flynn is set to draw travellers and locals alike into its relaxed setting.

Here, market-style venue Boardwalk Social will open alongside Flynn’s Italian restaurant and Whiskey and Wine bar, which will serve tapas with a side of jazz. And, a spa and lush tropical garden will be opening on site in April too.
