If you're going to do a foodie tour of Italy, it might as well be with a revered food stylist in the know

Visually oriented? Charge your camera. Trust us, this is not your run-of-the-mill food tour.

With more than 30 years of experience as a food stylist, Nicola Sinclair is someone who knows how to find the beauty in things (particularly when it comes to edible delights). Combine this with her passion for Italy, and you can expect her food-forward tour of Piemonte to be an aesthetically (and gastronomically) pleasing affair.

While working on a TV food program in far northwest Italy, Nicola fell in love with Piemonte. Now, she’s sharing her love for this beautiful corner of the world with travel and food lovers who wish to join her on a luxury tour.

Nicola

From 24–28 September, 2020, Nicola will accompany 12 guests maximum on a journey through the region, which will include accommodation, meals with drinks, activities and guided food and cultural tours.

And yet, this is no average accommodation. While traversing this dreamy landscape, guests will be able to take up residence at a privately owned, 16th century palazzo for three full days and four nights. Here, guests can participate in the Italian arts of cooking, eating and sharing stories among its incredible surrounding scenery.

During the stay, you can also tour the property’s silk museum, enjoy a lecture in design and ceramics, explore local markets, visit artisans’ stores and – season permitting – hunt for truffles. Then, learn about cheesemaking and taste some of the region’s finest cheeses, take a traditional cooking class and enjoy wine tastings, visit local museums, castles and architectural sites, and indulge in the local cuisine along the way. Where do we sign up?

The tour costs $3,500. For more information, email Nicola at nicolasinclairstylist@gmail.com.
