Spending an afternoon in the heart of wine country just got a drop more delicious with the launch of Beresford Wines’ Tasting Experience.
Executive Chef, Tom Boden – the recipient of Two Forks in the Advertiser Food Awards, and two consecutive Hats from the Australian Good Food Guide – has curated a menu pairing regional sweet and savoury tastings with exquisite Beresford wines.
Guests can sample smoked salmon or chicken terrine canapés, and chocolate ganache macaroons, each paired with a specific Beresford wine to create a perfect combination of flavours.
There are two tasting experiences on offer: one showcasing Beresford Wines’ Classic Range, and the other showcasing a flight of six wines from their estate, as well as Limited Release red wines. Both tastings are served in Beresford Wines’ Tasting Pavilion, overlooking the 70-acre working vineyard.
Beresford Wines also offer Estate Tours featuring a golf-buggy tour of Beresford House and the surrounding grounds, a tasting experience, and cheeseboards on the Bell Deck Tower, one of the best places to view the McLaren Vale.
