Four Gourmet Trail Australian Explorations will take place this year – and we’re particularly eager to hop aboard the ‘A Gourmet Trail of the Southern Coast’ tour.
This 13-day experience will take travellers to visit some of the country’s finest food and wine producers. Guests can meet acclaimed chefs and taste their wares (paired with award-winning wines).

Highlights of the Southern Coast tour include meeting the winemaker at Vasse Felix Estate and enjoying a seven-course menu paired with age and limited-edition wines at Voyager Estate. There’s also shucking and devouring fresh oysters at Coffin Bay Oyster Farm, swimming with sea lions in Port Lincoln, and staying at Southern Ocean Lodge, Kangaroo Island.
The journey departs on 14 September 2019, travelling from Perth to Margaret River to Kalgoorlie, and from Port Lincoln to Kangaroo Island, Mount Gambier and Hobart.
