Organic produce is grown on-site, forming the basis of degustation dinners and dreamy breakfasts on offer to hotel guests.

It’ll set you back a pretty penny (try $1250 for two) but the inclusions certainly make it worthwhile. For this price, you’ll be treated to an eight-course degustation dinner by Tobin, a-la-carte breakfasts, bottle of champagne and a cheese platter. Not to mention, you can enjoy all of this while treating your eyes to the expansive garden views, secluded and exclusive to guests only.
